Meet Sans Thakur: The Effects of the Pandemic on Women in the Workplace

Dr. Natoshia Anderson

Episode Summary
There is so much to be said about the topic we discussed in the episode. Sans makes some great points as it relates to what happened to women during the pandemic. People are NOT really talking about this issue. It is important. Women were disproportionately affected by the pandemic. Many women had to leave jobs they loved to care for their children and this is sometimes with a partner in the home. Women across the world had to make hard choices that oftentimes led to great sacrifice for the women themselves. Sans talks about the health effects and the effect these decisions have had on the world at large.
